Dear Patients:
After much deliberation, we have decided to end our preferred provider status with Pacific Source Medicare Advantage medical insurance company effective June 22, 2024.
Unfortunately, being a participating provider with Pacific Source Medicare Advantage is becoming harder for us as their payments have not kept up with rising staffing and vendor costs during these inflationary times. Quality care is our top priority and we are unwilling to compromise or cut corners just because of an insurance company’s shortcomings.
We will continue to accept Pacific Source Medicare Advantage insurance as an out-of-network provider. We also offer a prompt payment bonus rate for patients who choose to pay in full at the time of service without the use of insurance billing services. To help you navigate these changes, please feel free to reach out to our office with any questions.
